The 2015 Honda CR-V is available now at Detroit Area Honda Dealers, and with this being a mid-cycle refresh, there are some pretty noteworthy changes. While the best way to look at a vehicle like the new CR-V is with a test drive, we’ve got a review of what you can expect from Honda’s new crossover before you visit our showroom.
The Family Favorite Crossover is Back for 2015
It’s a new model year, and that means a new Honda CR-V. The front end of the CR-V received a notable upgrade, giving it a thinner grille and a more aggressive profile, and we think it’s more striking than ever.
If you’re seeking a new family vehicle, you’ll have a tough time doing better than the 2015 Honda CR-V, available in three trim levels and featuring your choice of two- or all-wheel drive at every trim level:
- LX: The entry-level CR-V is one of the best-equipped crossovers on the road, featuring Honda’s i-MID infotainment system, steering wheel-mounted controls, Bluetooth HandsFreeLink for phone and audio, a rearview camera, and more.
- EX: Stepping up to the EX trim adds on 17-inch alloy wheels, push-button start, Honda LaneWatch, LED daytime running lights, and a multi-angle rearview camera with guidelines.
- EX-L: The top-of-the-line trim adds on a leather-wrapped steering wheel, leather upholstery, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a 7-speaker 328-watt stereo system as well as an available satellite-linked navigation system.
Each of these vehicles comes with a four-cylinder engine capable of 185 hp and 181 lb-ft of torque, and the 2015 Honda CR-V 2WD LX is capable of an EPA-estimated 34 mpg on the highway.*
